  2. From the perspective of using a 3D design product, we want to use efficiency and various functions to gain overall knowledge of the product's functions and provide training and consulting to effectively utilize it in the design in a short period of time.

    BIM Project refers to a project that builds a 3D BIM model from basic planning to basic design, implementation design, construction, operation and maintenance stages, and applies consistent and systematic information to the overall work based on the established 3D model, where the 3D BIM model refers to a data model generated by 3D design software, and can be divided into civil engineering, urban infrastructure, architecture, facilities and cooperation management, respectively.

    The 3D CAD systems and collaborative systems for each civil, urban infrastructure, architecture, architecture, and facilities subject to the BIM project shall consist of commercial 3D design software, each specialized for each field, and the information generated shall be interoperable between all objects present within each 3D BIM model without the conversion or omission of information.     • Construction Design
    The implementation integration model is established by determining the scope, material, color, dimensions and location of the building for practical bidding, contract and construction. The implementation integration model generates implementation books, documents, and estimates.

    • Biding & Construction
    A suitable contractor is selected through bidding to implement the design plan. By utilizing BIM model data, 4D and 5D analysis can minimize the risk incurred during scheduling and construction.

    • Facility Management
    The diagnosis and repair history are reflected in the BIM model during the life cycle of the building to maintain its original function.
