    The selected plan is developed mainly for building components. Various materials, equipment, and capacity are specified through practical consultation with relevant specialized parties and reflected in the BIM model.
    • Construction Design
    Establish a model of implementation integration by determining the scope, materials, colors, dimensions and location of buildings for practical bidding, contract and construction. The implementation integration model generates the implementation books and documents and the estimated output.
    • Biding & Construction
    A suitable contractor is selected through bidding to implement the design plan. Using BIM model data, 4D and 5D analysis can minimize risks arising from schedule planning and construction.
