PlantReporter is an engineering tool used by the project team (ex.project engineers, process engineers, and equipment engineers) that allows users to view reports and data and specifications in a plant project at any time by selecting a preset report form. PlantReporter's Report Designer tool allows you to use the corporate logo and edit project information, design data, and table forms as you please. Reports can be generated using a combination of information from multiple projects as well as one project. This allows a list of equipment to produce design reports for the entire project as well as for individual projects.

  2. AutoCAD P&ID or AutoCAD Plant 3D does not need to be installed on the same computer to run PlantReporter. Reports and specifications can be printed directly from PlantReporter to the printer or written in documents such as PDFs. Plant Reporter has expanded features that allow you to change your design to match your company's own report format, allowing you to change your report design forms individually to suit your requirements. In addition, even if you don't create a report form from scratch, you can quickly design and use a report form that already exists, such as a template.

  2. PlantSync is an administrator tool for synchronizing project configurations, providing very powerful features that are not currently available in AutoCAD P&ID or AutoCAD Plant3D. Project properties, symbols, reports, paths, and individually configured project settings can be transferred from one project to another. Synchronize multiple different projects with one project or even the entire project folder. Users can only set up configurations that they want to synchronize between projects, and can save and reuse the set values. Before synchronization runs, changes are displayed and you will have full access to the target project changes. After synchronization, all files are automatically backed up so that you can always take a step back to the previous project settings.

  2. PlantSync has its own advantages to apply changes individually and to all projects. This means that all 50 projects should be changed manually, for example, when you need to change 10 symbols in 50 projects. This takes a serious amount of time. However, this time, if you use a referenced template with all the latest settings to synchronize other projects, you can update all your projects in the latest form in a very small amount of time. PlantCenter enables you to view drawings directly from your plant project without the need for AutoCAD P&ID or AutoCAD Plant 3D through our free viewer program, DWG True View or Autodesk Design Review. If AutoCAD P&ID and AutoCAD Plant3D are installed, you can also go directly to AutoCAD P&ID and AutoCAD Plant3D during review in PlantCenter to modify them. In addition, if PlantReporter and PlantDataManager of PlantTools are installed, you can go and review reports and data. PlantCenter can easily view drawings across all of the plant projects it has worked on at AutoCAD P&ID and AutoCAD Plant3D, and PlantReporter and PlantDataManager are integrated with the PlantCenter, allowing users to start PlantTools with a click of a button while looking up the projects they need. This allows PlantCenter to work with a single set of software that uses the reporting and engineering functions of plant projects.

  2. By default, PlantCenter uses the Autodesk Viewer program DWG True View or Autodesk Design Review. PlantCenter users can view and print drawings without installing an AutoCAD version. The two viewer programs can be downloaded free of charge from the Autodesk website, and Autodesk Design Review provides simple markup and drawing measurements. Any work that is marked up in a drawing through Autodesk Design Review in PlantCenter can be found again in AutoCAD.

  2. PlantDataManager is an engineering tool used by plant project teams (project engineers, process engineers, equipment engineers). Data often changes data depending on the degree of detail in the course of a project, and PlantDatatManager can edit, add, and delete plant project data without installing AutoCAD P&ID or AutoCAD Plant3D separately. You can work in the same way that you use the DataManager from AutoCAD P&ID or AutoCAD Plant3D, and even your customized Data Manager data is shown in PlantDataMnager.

  2. You can edit data created by AutoCAD P&ID or AutoCAD Plant3D using PlantDataManager. When you change data in PlantDataManager, changes can be uploaded to the drawing at any time, and changed objects, classes, attributes, and drawings are highlighted in color.

However, PlantLink can extend and use existing external databases by linking them to data from AutoCAD P&ID and AutoCAD Plant3D. PlantLink allows you to associate data with many external database types, such as Microsoft Access, Microsoft SQLServer, SOLExpress, and Oracle. PlantLink automatically updates the AutoCAD P&ID and AutoCAD Plant3D drawing data changes in the external database and allows you to change and save the data in the external database via PlantLink. Plus, for efficient data retrieval in external databases, PlantLink's filtering options make it easy to retrieve data.

  2. PlantExpressTools offers three main features. The first Coordinates feature creates a coordinate grid in an AutoCAD P&ID drawing to automatically recognize and represent P&ID object locations. The second Import/Export Selection Lists feature is available by exporting the "Selection List" of the settings to an XLS/CSV file, easily editing the "Selection List" in Excel, and importing it directly into the project settings. The "Selection List" in the project settings is difficult to edit on its own, but can be easily modified using the Import/Export Selection Lists feature. Finally, the Rename/Copy Project feature allows you to rename a project or copy an existing project's properties or drawings.

However, it is difficult to check the interference of the modeling between the processes. Therefore, PlantClashDetection allows you to immediately check for interference between each process and correct errors. Interfering objects can be viewed separately using the zoom function.
